Mehlab Zaheer is a designer on a mission. Born and raised in Balochistan, her identity is rooted in a province that has long been neglected in Pakistan’s national narrative. Currently studying at the National College of Arts (NCA), Mehlab is leveraging her education to turn years of regional marginalization into a platform for cultural reclamation.

Through Paivand, Mehlab seeks to serve her home. She bridges the gap between the raw, ancient artistry of the Bolan Pass and the minimalist world of high fashion. For her, preservation isn't a hobby—it’s a service. By refining Balochi geometric designs into modern silhouettes, she ensures that her province’s heritage is no longer a footnote, but a centerpiece.
